ESSAY CONTEST: What Does Being Human/Haitian Mean to You?
HAITIAN GLOBAL COMMUNITY ENDOWMENT FUND--To endow a 9-campus university in Haiti.
H&H KORSUALITY: Sexuality from the core (Korebonee/Korebonae): 1st Friday 7:00-11:00pm upper lounge.Monthly OPEN safe space of members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, AND straight (LGBTS) communities to socialized and build community. Thus Vaya invites members of the LGTBS community to openly share in the conversation of humanity evolution. Providing this space for these communities is consistent with Vaya’s overall objective of creating spaces and processes to facilitate ALL individuals to connect their core with their social identities.
H&H KORAYAS(Kor-Adolescents/Young Adults/Students): A generational safe space for those 30 and under providing a forum sensitive to the matters that may be more specific to that age range in doing humanity evolution work.
H&H KORLLABORATIONS: Quarterly Community Business Network Fair--Community-generated “conference.” It is the opportunity for fellow humanity evolution workers to come share their work and celebrate with the community. It is a free flowing process where the presentations are decided, for the most part, on the day of. There is an emphasis of “free time” to network. During this day 75 members of the community will come together to share atmosphere of creating through connections and network building.
