Humanity Evolution Movement

Moving from Fear to Hope. Shifting the Human Potential Platform

Vaya Institute serves as a business to finance Humanity Evolution Movement the company [Humanity Evolution.org] and the enterprise.

Your mastering your humanity IS the movement.
Your HCP registration/donation IS the financing.

We strengthen the mind (mind-fitness) and teach skills to promote making strong choices. We help people function from their core and reaching their full potential. Our name is drawn from an African symbol (Aya) that stands for “Endurance and defiance against difficulties, hardiness, perseverance, independence and resourcefulness.”

At the societal and cultural level, Vaya’s technology helps communities to develop the cultural skills of being more able to systematically and powerfully access their collective will  [Link with “H&H 2010” tab-text] and apply it to transform their realities.

HUMANITY EVOLUTION MOVEMENT
Shifting the Human Potential Platform

From a clinical science perspective, moving societal interventions from cells II-IV to cell I is what is being termed humanity evolution movement.  It is as big and as simple as that.

The SCIENCE of motivation tells us that there are four ways to motivate someone.   ALL human interventions/interactions function in one or more these cells.

Cell-I is to motivate by giving a reward.  The exact scientific/clinical language is random-positive-reinforcement. The primary consequence of us not being able to function in cell I is that we function in cells II-IV, which are fear based.  Cell II is about the fear of receiving a punishment, Cell III is about the fear of losing a reward, Cell IV  is about the fear of being left with a punishment.

It is important to note that Cell-I is the cell of giving a reward randomly.  A great reward happening randomly is the probability equation of hope.  Thus Cell-I combines math, (motivation) science and spirituality.  This is the science behind the thinking “If one is not living in hope, one is (by default) living in fear.”

Overwhelmingly, most of our human functions operate in cells II-IV.  Focus on cell-IV, motivation out of the fear of a “punishment” staying with you, is the premise of the industry of health and human services, and thus the scientific basis of its failings.
For example, one comes to a doctor/lawyer/social worker to take away one’s problems.  With the subtext that if one does not go to these professionals one’s problem is going to remain; hence, this is cell-IV.  Here we see we have a multibillion dollar industry operating in the wrong cell.
In America for example, it can be estimated that 70-90% of all our societal challenges are the results of the choices we make individually and collectively.  Yet we don’t focus on choice at the level of a public health intervention.

All of our societal pursuits and challenges are consequent to our choices.  Our present approach to health and human services is in fact correcting form the consequences of our choices, more specifically weak choices.  Weakchoices is defined as choices the individual make which are not in her/his best interest despite having adequate information.
Problem:  No societal institution systematically provides the mind fitness skills to function in cell-I of motivation science, the place of accessing maximal human potential.
Consequence:  Only about %5-15 of us function at %15-25 of our human potential leading us to making weak choices.  Weak choice is the central contributor to ALL of our societal challenges.
ALL of our societal challenges, including health and human services, low voting, and greed and overconsumption.  This is the triple bottom line analysis

Triple bottom line is a relatively new business approach/paradigm that speaks to sustainability beyond making a profit.  In fact it speaks to in order for one to be truly successful, it is not enough that one makes a profit.  One has to also take care of the people (staff and customers) and take care of the planet.
Economic crisis as an example to looking at the profit/economic arm of the triple bottom line triangle: The analysis is that ultimately the cause of the economic crisis was greed (on the part of businessmen/women) and overconsumption (on the part of the general public).  We thus see that the greatest economic challenge is in fact a people problem.

Looking at the political arm of the triangle brings up the issue:  What is stopping us in America from having 90% or higher voting rates (recognizing that voting is the fundamental unit of political power)?  It is a mind state.  Analogously, here too we see the (biggest political) problem is a people problem.  Both of these points are rooted in the societal misapplication of motivation science.
