How dare a skinny little Haitian kid dare to grow up to think that he can be a guardian of a TEHCNOLOGY which can transform human culture globally? Well, this is my story. The story of LIVING in the understanding that ALL that is great exists in ALL of us, not just some of us. This is the story of why I changed my name to Vington (meaning twenty-one) over 20 years ago to mark my committing my life to helping humanity to move beyond a psychology of fear in the 21st Century.
This is the story of understanding that there is no societal institution which systematically trains our minds in the mechanics of functioning in random-internal-reward cell (cell-I) of motivation science. This is the story of Vaya Ins ,titute developing Human Core\Community Process (HCP) technology for the very purpose of catalyzing humanity evolution.
Vaya wants to invite you to the humanity evolution conversation either through any of the activities below or ones we can create together. Whatever your interests, Vaya Institute wants to partner with you in doing it INTENTIONALLY from the core. Consciously functioning from the core can be the bond that bonds us ALL. Creating a cultural connection which is stronger than our differences.
REGARDLESS of the wrongs we have done to each other in the past, e.g., Misappropriation of land, massacres, the slave trade, colonization, Holocaust, ethnic cleansing, tribal war fares. These are of the past. The ROAD TO HEALING is to create a PRESENT that is even more powerful. Creating a cultural connection which is stronger than our past differences. This is the humanity evolution shift of living from the core.
How dare I think that I can help to create a national office? How dare so many of us not believe in ourselves enough not to pursue the greatness within us all? Indeed, this is the dare.

I invite you to join me in the discussion of manifesting life from our core. I am asking for your support.
- To champion the discussion of catalyzing humanity evolution with culture-transforming-TECHNOLOGY globally.
- To champion the discussion that by far our most under-tapped resource is the power of our choices, embodied in our human potential, individually, collectively as a society, and as humanity.
- To champion the discussion that our not adequately functioning from our core is the most central contributor to the challenges we face as individuals, as a society, and collectively as humanity as it is the root contributor to the development of weak choices individually, as a society, and collectively as humanity.
- To help those individuals seeking, to develop the mind skills to live more from the place of that which we have in common being bigger and more powerful than that which “diversify” us.
- To correct the failure that no other societal institution systematically trains minds in the mechanics of functioning in internal-positive-reward cell of motivation science, cell-I.
- To champion the discussion that America stands to lead not just economically, politically, and technologically. But we must also lead in humanity evolution.
- To help individuals to master answering the question “What Does Being Human Mean to You?”
- To help make mastering of the question “What Does Being Human Mean to You” one of our defining cultural characteristics as Americans.
- To help individuals who seek to develop the mind skills to live more from the place of that which we have in common being bigger and more powerful than that which “diversify” us.
- To help individuals to live beyond the circumstances they did not create, and to develop the skills to create their live choices.
- To help individuals to develop the mind skills and strength to create the lives they want socially and financially.
For those of us who believe in God/Higher Power, the notion that we can create life is consistent with the greeting Namaste/Namaskar: “I recognize the divinity in you.” That is, if we have divinity/core/god/ higher power within us, then we have access to all that is powerful within us. Functioning from core is consistent with the notion “I am a spiritual being having a human experience.”
For those of us who don’t subscribe to spiritual beliefs, one can regard one’s core as the focus that we are part of something bigger than our individuality, the universal eco-system. That system exists everywhere, is infinite, and contains infinite power.
We sometime quote “I am only human” to explain our failures or shortcoming. Living from the core would allow for the statement “I am human” to be made in support of the power within us. This would be consistent with a focus on our core-functions. Let’s refocus the definition of being human.
An application of this refocusing of human identify is the promotion of a “Culture of Peace” globally. Culture of Peace is defined by the United Nations as: “A set of values, attitudes, modes of behavior and ways of life that reject violence and prevent conflicts by tackling their root causes to solve problems through dialogue and negotiation among individuals, groups and nations.” This fundamentally a mind-health issue at the level of global human culture.
What is lacking is a coherent global human identity development strategy—functioning from the core can provide such an identity, and Human Core Community Process (HCP) can help us develop such an identity.
